Our Story

After serving in the British Army – Household Division (Blues and Royals), our Director, Daniel Dixon, transitioned to the property sector in 2022. He brought with him the same values that defined his military service: discipline, transparency, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way.

Daniel’s journey into property began with growing his own family’s portfolio across Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. While rising through the ranks at a leading UK Letting agency, he quickly earned a reputation for being a straight forward, trusted partner to both landlords and tenants.

However, he noticed a recurring problem in the corporate world. Often, rigid “big business” policies prevented agents from doing what was actually best for the people involved. Daniel felt his hands were tied, so he decided to break free from the corporate mould and build something better.
